Join Green Button Counseling and Walnut Hill Counseling on July 10 at 5 pm for this 3 hour program. We will start working with the horses in an EAGALA group session, then transition to discussing personal safety through verbal and non-verbal communication before doing some hands on safety training with Casey Lorusso Smith, Jiu-Jitsu instructor and LMHC. We’ll finish up with some processing and relaxing around the bonfire. This event will be entirely out of doors, and geared to all abilities levels. Open to all women and female identify folks ages 18+
